How is it different from an app?

Does it send anything without my say-so?
Before money, a message or a commitment goes out, it asks you: payments, claims, price requests and messages. What you release, like price requests to your usual suppliers, it does on its own, and you can stop it again whenever you want. What it loads, like an invoice or a field job, you undo if it was wrong.
Does it replace the person in my office?
No. They stop loading paperwork and move on to deciding with you.
Does it replace the accountant or the agronomist?
No. The agronomist still writes the prescription and the accountant does the taxes; the office hands them everything in order, and the accountant gets each month closed. The grain buyer still issues the Carta de Porte, and the office checks it.
Do you need my tax login (clave fiscal)?
No. The office works with what you and your team send, and with the papers the grain buyer and your suppliers send you.
What happens with my data?
It is yours. Only the people in your company see it, you download it whenever you want and, if you ask us, we delete it (Argentina's personal data protection law, Ley 25.326). We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
How much does it cost?
From USD 99 a month, less than a salary. You pay for what the office finishes, counted in tasks: a settlement check, a price request, the monthly close. Questions, notices, what fails and what you undo in time are not charged.
Who is it for?
For Argentine crop producers of about 300 to 3,000 ha, on owned and rented land, and for those who manage several farms with the same team. The office and its WhatsApp work in Spanish. If you are looking for a job, this is not the channel: we are not hiring.
