We saw how a farm's office is run
A spreadsheet filled in by hand, a folder of papers and WhatsApp groups, with nobody checking what the grain buyer, the trucker or the supplier sends.
We built Catherby so the producer keeps his evenings and the money in every settlement: an office that knows, watches, handles and remembers, and asks him less and less.
