Privacy
What data Catherby keeps, what it uses it for and how to ask us to delete it.
What we keep
- Your account: name, email, photo if you upload one, and your WhatsApp number if you link it.
- What you and your team send: messages, photos, audios, PDFs and spreadsheets, by WhatsApp, email or the web.
- What Catherby loads from that: lotes, seasons, field work, stock, purchases, sales, grain settlements, payments and due dates.
- Your company's contacts (suppliers, grain buyers, contractors) needed to prepare what has to be sent.
- From the plan, only what you used. Stripe processes the card and we do not keep it.
What for
To do the work you ask us for: load the papers into the season, check them, prepare what has to be sent and tell you what is coming due. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Only the people in your company who have access see it, and us when it is needed to sort out what you ask.
To run, we use providers that process the data on our behalf: Supabase (the database, in São Paulo), Vercel (where the web pages run), the artificial intelligence models that read your documents (through Vercel AI Gateway), Meta (WhatsApp), Resend (emails) and Stripe (payments).
On the public pages (this one, the home page and the price board) we use Google Analytics to count visits and see where they come from. It is not used once you sign in, so it sees nothing about your farm. On every page, including after you sign in, Vercel (where Catherby runs) counts visits and measures how fast they load, without cookies and without knowing who you are: it does not see your farm's data.
How to ask for a copy or for deletion
Your data is yours. Write to us at hola@catherby.app from your account’s email and tell us what you need: a copy, a correction or deleting everything. We do it within the 5 business days set by Argentina’s Ley 25.326 on personal data protection. If we do not answer, you can file a complaint with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.
