Your data, who sees it and what goes out
Where we keep your farm's data, who sees each thing and what can leave your company. What this page says is how it works today.
Each company sees only its own
The rule lives in the database itself: every record carries its company's name and the database only shows it to people who belong to it. It does not depend on each screen.
Who gets in
Only the emails the administrator invites, with Google or with a 6-digit code sent by email. A WhatsApp number is linked with a code you create in your profile. The office does not answer a number it does not know.
Who does what
The administrator approves what goes out and changes the settings. The rest of the team loads and sees everything, but does not send.
Emails go out as your company
They go out with your company's name, and the reply reaches whoever approved it.
Every task can be undone
If something it loaded was wrong, you undo it from its task and everything goes back to how it was, including what it had changed.
Every number has its paper
The photo, the audio or the PDF is kept next to what the office read. Tap a number and see where it came from.
What we do not ask for
We do not ask for your tax password (clave fiscal). Stripe processes the card and we do not keep it.
Your data is yours
If you ask us, we send you a copy or delete it. How, in Privacy.
Before anything goes out, it asks you
Everything that leaves your company waits for the administrator to approve it: claims, payments, price requests, the month's close for the accountant. The only thing you can release is price requests to your usual suppliers, and you can stop that whenever you want.
