A freshly sown lote with a tractor and a silo with an elevator on the horizon.

The seed will not be enough. It already asked for a price.

Your office compares the shed with the season's plan and, when it falls short, asks your usual suppliers for a price by email. It asks you less and less: what you release goes out on its own.

How it does it

From the season's plan to the request

It does the job end to end, and before money, a message or a commitment goes out, it asks you.

1This happens

What is in the shed is not enough for what is coming in the plan.

2Your office, on its own
  • On Mondays it looks at the next month; on other days, the week.
  • Works out what is short and how much.
  • Picks up to 3 usual suppliers for each thing.
  • Writes the price request by email.
3It asks you

At first, always. If you release requests to your usual suppliers, they go out on their own. Someone new, it always asks you about.

4What is left

The request sent and what is short, in sight.

Today and with your office

Today you ask for a price when it is already short

Today
  • You notice it is short when it is time to spray.
  • You call the usual one and pay what they ask.
  • Nobody compares.
  • In sowing week, everything is urgent.
With your office
  • What will be short, before it is.
  • The request to your usual suppliers.
  • You choose who you buy from.
  • No last-minute rush.

Questions

About your price requests

Book a demo
Does it buy for me?

No. It asks for a price. Buying is your call.

Can I make it stop asking me?

Yes, for your usual suppliers: you tell it in the chat (“send price requests to the cooperative without asking me”) or in Settings, and you take it back whenever you want.

And if I have no suppliers loaded?

It asks you who you buy that from.
